Kelshall Garden

The concept for the garden is Ridge Way, relating to Britain's oldest road high on the chalk downs. The central path through the garden uses the existing box and old hedgerow trees to create a walk that both separates the garden and connects it. To the east the older section of the garden undulates gently, rising towards the old pond. To the west the ground drops away, contoured to catch changes in light and opening the garden up to the panorama beyond.
